WHEN & WHERE IS CHILFEST 2024?

Chilfest weekend is Fri and Sat 5-6 July 2024, Cow Lane, Tring, Hertfordshire. Friday is Totally Tribute, our tribute band lineup that kicks off our weekend festival. Saturday is Chilfest’s mainstage with favourite brands from the 80s and 90s.

 

WHAT ARE THE OPENING TIMES?
  • Friday, gates open at 3 pm and the first act will begin at 4:30 pm 
  • Saturday, gates open at 12 pm and the first act will begin at 1:30 pm
HOW TO GET TO CHILFEST

It’s easy to get to Chilfest. You can find detailed information here on how to reach us by car, train, bike, or even on foot for those lucky enough to live nearby. 

 

  • Driving – use postcode HP23 5NS in your satnav. There is plenty of parking available at Chilfest. 
  • Train – the closest station is Tring, just about a mile from Chilfest.

IS THERE CAR PARKING?

Yes, there is a car park run by the Tring Rugby, Football and Athletics club for Chilfest. 

CAN I BRING FOOD OR DRINK TO CHILFEST?

We will have a number of food and drink vendors on site that we carefully select for your enjoyment. If you’d like to bring your own food and drink, we ask you to respect some guidelines.

  • On Friday, you may bring a picnic with food and non-alcoholic drinks however nothing in glass nor any knives will be permitted. 
     
  • On Saturday on Saturday water and soft drinks are permitted, No picnics are allowed within the festival arena, however, we will allow crisps and snacks, as we do appreciate people’s dietary needs.
    We have ensured that many of our food traders cater for: Vegan, vegetarian & Gluten free

 

SHOULD I BRING CASH OR CARD?

All our vendors and the box office will take cash and card payments. 

ARE UNDER 18s PERMITED?

Of course, this is a family-friendly music festival. We hope you bring the whole family, though we do ask that all children are accompanied by a responsible adult.  

CAN I BRING CHAIRS & BLANKETS?

You may bring chairs and blankets to Chilfest. You will be guided by our onsite team as to where you can set up as we will keep the area between the stage and mix tower clear for people who wish to stand and dance

CAN I BRING AN UMBRELLA?

Yes, umbrellas are permitted. 

ARE PETS PERMITTED?

With the exception of service animals, pets are not permitted onsite. 

IS THE SITE ACCESSIBLE?

Chilfest is held in a country field. We will provide parking options for blue badge holders who have purchased tickets to Chilfest.

We also provide disabled toilets and we are happy to work with individuals who have specific needs to try and make Chilfest as enjoyable as possible for everyone. Please get in contact to discuss specific accommodation and carer-related ticket requests.
